Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support financial analysis, reporting, data interpretation, and business decision-making. This role is suited to an analytical professional who can work confidently with financial information and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends and variances.
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and management information.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
* Develop and maintain Excel-based models and analytical tools.
* Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions.
* Monitor key performance indicators and investigate significant movements.
* Validate data and ensure the accuracy of reports and analysis.
* Assist with financial and business projects as required.
* Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
* Support continuous improvement of reporting and analytical processes.
**Requirements**
* Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
* Previous experience in an analytical or finance-related role would be advantageous.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Good understanding of financial and business principles.
