Backend .NET Developer Full Time

Our client is seeking a talented Back-End Team Lead to drive the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software solutions, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to the development team.

Requirements include:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5–7+ years’ professional back-end development experience
• Proven leadership and team mentoring experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and related back-end technologies
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns (MVC, SOLID, DDD), and scalable system design
• Experience with SQL databases and performance optimization
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
