Our client, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team.
Requirements include:
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 3+ years’ business analysis experience (BABOK or PMBOK certification highly preferable)
• Translate business needs into requirements: Gather and document business and reporting requirements, converting them into clear functional documentation, procedures and workflows
• Support delivery within the PMO: Assist with project delivery and backlog grooming, manage requirement changes, and maintain BA documentation
• Drive quality through UAT: Support user acceptance testing and ensure delivered features meet documented requirements
• Bring strong AI proficiency: Demonstrate strong AI tool proficiency, or a genuine willingness to learn and adopt it
• Demonstrate strong communication and multitasking: Work as a dynamic self-starter able to communicate across all levels and functions of the business while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio
