We’re seeking a talented Production Manager to join our client’s team in Gauteng!
Requirements:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field
• Supervisory or Management qualification advantageous
• Mine Overseer Certificate advantageous
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in mining, quarrying, or aggregate production
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a production environment
• Proven experience in sand mining and processing operations
• Knowledge of mobile plant, processing equipment, and maintenance
• Strong understanding of MHSA, OHSA, and environmental legislation
• Experience with production planning, budgeting, and cost control
