We’re seeking a talented Production Superintendent to join our client’s team in Mpumalanga!
Requirements:
• Degree or National Diploma in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical, Mechanical, Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in mineral processing or concentrator plant operations.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience managing large operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of crushing, milling, flotation, thickening, filtration and tailings.
• Experience in production planning, process optimisation and plant performance.
• Experience in a continuous process plant environment.
